In the heart of Shanghai French Concession, in a historical context made of embassy buildings and old gardens, a building of 50.000 sqm is the opportunity to rethink the relationship between contemporary design and history in the Chinese city. 

Creative offices, art galleries, hospitality, events and f&b spaces enrich four levels of luxury shopping mall. 

The project develpos a city within the city where a complex system of squares, gardens and pedestrian paths are interlaced. Preexisting historical buildings are at the side of contemporary architecture in a surprising sequence of old and modern spaces.
